Our Mission
In 1998, Carol Reinisch Suitor founded the Marjot Foundation with the estate of her parents - Marjorie and Otto Reinisch. The Marjot Foundation is a privately funded environmental research opportunity, specifically directed to high school students in the Northeast to spark and support scientific curiosity and engagement in independent research. Over the past 25 years, Marjot Scholars have excelled in a wide range of science and engineering careers.
